⚖️ General Terms
- All booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
- The event will take place rain or shine, unless deemed unsafe by local authorities or the venue.
- Booths include only what is explicitly listed (e.g., tent, passes, vehicle spaces). Any additional needs must be requested in advance and approved.
- Booth vendors are responsible for their own equipment, setup, and teardown.
- No electricity will be provided. If you require power, you must supply your own generators or batteries.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
- No open flames, fireworks, or unsafe displays are allowed.
- No unauthorized resale of booth space.
- No subleasing or unauthorized brand representation.
- Any activity deemed disruptive or dangerous will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
📸 Media & Promotion Consent
By agreeing, you allow RPM Generation and event partners to use your brand name, logo, booth appearance, and any photos taken during the event for promotional purposes across social media, video, and print.
🚗 Vehicles
- All vehicles must be pre-approved and must arrive during the designated setup time.
- Vehicles not registered in advance will be denied entry.
- You are responsible for your vehicle’s condition, legality, and insurance.
📝 Liability Waiver
- You are participating at your own risk.
- RPM Generation, Fuel Fest Japan, and associated partners or venues are not liable for any damages, theft, injuries, or losses.
- You have the proper insurance and permits (if applicable) for your activities.
⚖️ 一般規約
- 出展料は、主催者側によるイベント中止を除き、返金不可です。
- イベントは雨天決行ですが、地元当局または会場により安全が確保できないと判断された場合は中止となることがあります。
- 出展内容には明記されたもの（例：テント、パス、車両スペース）のみが含まれます。その他の要望は事前申請・承認が必要です。
- 出展者は、自身の機材、設営および撤収作業に責任を持つものとします。
- 電源の提供はありません。電源が必要な場合は、出展者自身で発電機またはバッテリー等をご準備ください。
🚫 禁止事項
- 火気の使用、花火、危険な展示は禁止です。
- 出展スペースの無許可での転売は禁止です。
- サブリースや未承認のブランド表示は禁止です。
- 妨害行為・危険行為が確認された場合、即時退場・出展取り消し（返金不可）となる場合があります。
📸 メディアおよびプロモーションへの同意
- 本規約に同意することで、RPM Generationおよびイベントパートナーが、出展ブランド名・ロゴ・ブースの様子・イベント中に撮影された写真等を、SNS・動画・印刷物等で使用することに同意したものとみなします。
🚗 車両に関して
- すべての車両は事前承認が必要であり、指定の搬入時間に到着する必要があります。
- 事前に登録されていない車両は入場できません。
- 車両の状態、合法性、保険については出展者の責任となります。
📝 免責事項
- 出展は自己責任で行っていただきます。
- RPM Generation、Fuel Fest Japan、また関連パートナーや会場は、いかなる損害、盗難、怪我、または損失についても責任を負いません。
- 出展活動に関して必要な保険や許可（該当する場合）は出展者自身が準備してください。
